How do I connect my LCD and Monitor in such a way that they both work together at the same time?

Finally, I got my LCD TV connected to the CPU but the monitor does not work and when I need the monitor to work for browsing the LCD TV does not work. To watch movies on my LCD TV is awesome but browsing is hell so I want to connect both together to the CPU so that I can browse on the monitor and watch movies on the LCD TV.

Please tell me what I can do in order to make both work together. This is for the desktop. Otherwise I have to go and unscrew and screw both LCD TV and Monitor plugs and trust me it is getting to be very complicated to keep changing it all the time!
